Instructions

1: To a microwave safe & oven safe dish, add the dates & hot water.

2: Mix & mash the dates and water until well combined.

3: Then, add the brown sugar, egg, vanilla, oil, baking powder & mix until well combined.

4: Air fry at 340F for 12 minutes.

5: Depending on your air fryer, this may take a little longer. If microwaving, microwave on high for 1 minute.

6: Top with ice cream & caramel sauce of choice & enjoy!
