baking powder

¼ tsp baking powder

powdered sugar

1 ½ tbsp powdered sugar

salted butter

1 ½ tbsp salted butter

vanilla

1 dash vanilla

all purpose flour

¼ cup all purpose flour

chocolate chips

1 chocolate chips

egg

1 tbsp egg

baking soda

⅓ tsp baking soda

sprinkles

Instructions

1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2: To a small baking dish, add the melted butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and egg. Mix until well combined.

3: Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix into the wet ingredients until well combined. Then add the chocolate chips and fold in. Pat the batter to the bottom of the dish.

4: Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges turn slightly golden.

5: Take out, let it cool, and top with icing and sprinkles. Enjoy!
