A homemade version of the beloved Starbucks Pistachio Cream Cold Brew using pistachio butter, heavy cream, and a hint of vanilla. Perfectly frothed and served over iced cold brew for a refreshing drink.
1: To make the pistachio butter, add the Setton Farms Raw Pistachio kernels to a food processor and blend until creamy.
2: To a bowl, add the pistachio butter, heavy cream, vanilla, milk, and sugar and froth until the mixture for 30 seconds or to desired thickness.
3: Enjoy over iced cold brew!
