1: To a small microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate & oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stopping & stirring halfway, then set aside.

2: To a small bowl, add the kataifi & pistachio cream. Mix until well combined & set aside.

3: To small cupcake cups, add the chocolate, then strawberry slice, then the pistachio cream kataifi, then top with more chocolate.
