Delicious cranberry crumble bars made from fresh cranberries and a buttery crust, perfect for the holidays. This recipe features a sweet and tangy cranberry filling layered between a buttery crust and a crumbly topping, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.

Instructions

1: Preheat the oven to 375F.

2: To a baking dish, add all the ingredients listed under 'bottom crust', mix until well combined, then pat down with your hands. Set aside.

3: Assemble the cranberry filling by adding all the ingredients to a frying pan & cook on medium to low heat for about 10-15 minutes until a jam-like texture forms. Once done, add to the baking dish with the bottom crust.

4: To a small bowl, add all the ingredients under 'crumble topping' & mix until well combined. Add on top of the cranberry filling in the baking dish.

5: Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the crumble topping starts to turn slightly golden.

6: Take out, let it cool, dust with powdered sugar, & enjoy!
