1 tsp garlic powder

honey

2 tbsp honey

bread crumbs

1 cup bread crumbs

onion powder

1 tsp onion powder

sriracha

2 tbsp sriracha

pepper

egg

Instructions

1: In a bowl, add the lobster tails, egg, milk, cornstarch, paprika, onion powder, pepper, & garlic powder. Mix until well combined & the tails are evenly coated.

2: Coat the lobster tails in the bread crumbs & add to an air fryer.

3: Air fry at 350F for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

4: In a separate bowl, mix together the Sriracha, mayo, & honey.

5: Drizzle over the cooked lobster tails & enjoy!
