Au Gratin Potatoes

1: Preheat the oven to 375F.

2: In a small frying pan, add the butter and pan fry on medium heat until it turns a golden brown. Then add the flour and fry until a golden roux forms. Add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the cream and cheese, turning the pan to medium-low and mixing until a cheese cream sauce forms.

3: Peel and thinly slice the potato and layer it in a small baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes and top with shredded cheese.

4: Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the potato slices are soft. You can bake them covered or uncovered.

5: Take out, let it cool, and enjoy!
